La Fiesta del Pueblo will take place at the North Carolina State Fairgrounds:
1025 Blue Ridge Rd. Raleigh, NC 27607.
Access to Jim Graham Building and Parking:
Enter the NC State Fairgrounds through GATE 2 on Hillsborough St. or Gate 11 on Blue Ridge Rd. and go to the Jim Graham Building to unload your equipments/materials. Please use the enclosed map to identify access to the Jim Graham Building.
You will receive TWO parking passes needed to access the unload area of the Jim Graham Building. Please hang parking passes on your rear-view mirror so that security can identify your vehicle.
A traffic controller will be at the entrances to greet you and direct you to your loading area. After unloading your equipments/materials, please park your vehicle in the parking areas indicated on the enclosed map.
If you do not have heavy/bulky equipments/materials you MAY enter the festival through GATE 11 on Blue Ridge Ave, park in front of the Exposition Center, and walk to the main entrance of the Jim Graham Building. As soon as you enter the building please check-in at the El Pueblo Main information booth.
Booth location:
Please use the enclosed map to find your booth location. Your booth space will be labeled with the same enclosed booth number.
Booth Assignments:
Booth locations are assigned and numbered for the weekend. No booths can be moved during Fiesta.
You will have between 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Saturday September 11 to finalize your set-up and bring any additional items to your booth.
ADMISSION BRACELETS
PURPLE Bracelets should be worn for admission on Saturday SEPTEMBER 11
GOLD Bracelets on Sunday SEPTEMBER 12.
Please wear them at all times. If your bracelet falls off, please bring it to El Pueblo’s information booth to exchange it for a new one.
Equipment:
Exhibitors must maintain all equipment, supplies and storage containers within their own space. Booths must be of sound construction, free-standing, and may not obstruct other booths. Amplified sound systems and boom boxes are prohibited within an exhibit space. If such equipment is needed; please contact us prior to the event to evaluate your request.
All exhibitors must distribute and promote their materials within their assigned space. Exhibitors may not sub-lease their booth area to partnering organizations/businesses.
Promotional materials are limited to corporate branding; no items are to be sold; no exchange of goods/services. No water or soft drinks (free or at a charge) are to be provided to the public.
Booth(s) must be staffed at all times.
All employees and/or volunteers staffing the booth are to be professional in demeanor and are not to approach Fiesta attendees outside of their booth area. It is PROHIBITED for “roaming” staff to provide promotional materials throughout the fair grounds.
Dogs and animals of any kind are prohibited in the festival area EXCEPT guide dogs serving individuals with special needs.
Failure to comply with all regulations may result in request to vacate the grounds.
The site will be locked after festival hours and there will be overnight security presence throughout the festival. Please do not leave anything of value at the site overnight. El Pueblo, Inc. assumes no responsibility for theft, loss or damage to any signage, product, display equipment or property of any vendor.
