Public Safety MISSION: Our mission is to empower North Carolina's Hispanic/Latino community through culturally sensitive information and education regarding relevant public safety issues. This mission is further advanced through our partnerships with local organizations that assist us in raising awareness and ultimately changing risky behaviors related to driving while intoxicated, the use of seat belts, child safety seats and domestic violence and sexual assault information, among other public safety issues.
